Reports and Public Information

Every year, Crossroads YFS produces the Annual Management Report that contains extensive information about each child and family support service provided by the agency, including Program Outcomes.

This Report also includes the following information as it relates to the Head Start program:
  • The total number of children and families served, the average monthly enrollment, and the percentage of eligible children served;
  • The results of the most recent Head Start Monitoring Review;
  • The percentage of enrolled children that received medical and dental exams;
  • Information about parent involvement activities;
  • The agency’s efforts to prepare children for kindergarten.
  • The annual budget.
